How hard is it to set up a corporate email?

Today at work I realized something. Many small businesses (who knows how many) still don't have their own corporate email account and/or web page. Two of my clients both use a simple Yahoo account. I mean really...this is 2007 people!

If I wanted to I could pay $10 to GoDaddy or Google (using Google Apps), register my new domain and have a professional sounding email address in less than 30 minutes.

I wonder if consultants have considered this or not? Perhaps it should be my goal to have every small business in America up and running with their own corporate email account. After all, it would only cost them $10 a year...
